PROJECT START

Work starts after agreement and the 50% advance payment.

Once the scope is approved and the initial payment is received, WodoPress begins the project formally. When the build is ready for controlled review, the customer receives access to explore it in context.

PAYMENT FLOW

The remaining 50% is split into two review milestones.

25% is due when the project is ready for presentation and internal review. The final 25% is collected after the agreed issues are resolved and the project is approved for launch.

MANAGED HOSTING & CARE PLAN

Annual Care Plan is billed at 5% of the project value.

This yearly plan covers managed hosting, backups, updates, security, and monitoring. It keeps the project live on WodoPress infrastructure under the customer's domain.

CHANGE REQUESTS

New requests on an existing project are quoted separately.

Future improvements, feature additions, and structural changes are handled as separate requests. Existing customers receive preferred pricing where the current system, design, or infrastructure reduces delivery effort.

REVIEW & APPROVALS

Each milestone includes one structured review round.

The customer provides consolidated feedback within 5 business days. Additional review cycles, delayed approvals, or new scope requests may extend the timeline and can be quoted separately.

OWNERSHIP & OFFBOARDING

The customer keeps control of their domain at all times.

If the Annual Care Plan is not renewed, managed hosting and maintenance end at the renewal date. Migration or export handover can be arranged as a separate offboarding service.
